Competence matters, and references matter where category requirements call for them. Providers are expected to follow Mek Mi Help's Provider Standards. New applications must acknowledge the current standards before approval.
Completed-job reviews
Customer reviews are tied to completed bookings. New reviews can cover quality, punctuality, professionalism, communication, care of property, value and whether the customer would hire the provider again.
Private reporting
Accountability matters. If something serious goes wrong, customers can submit a private report from the related booking for Mek Mi Help to review.
Ongoing monitoring
Administrators can review provider standing, completed-job feedback and trust requirements, along with privately reported concerns.
